Subscription Renewals

Subscription renewals are non-refundable.

Cancellation of a subscription will prevent future renewals but will not result in a refund of the current subscription period.

Upgrades and Plan Changes

Upgrades, downgrades, and other plan changes are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Unused Time

No refunds will be provided for unused subscription time, partial billing periods, or periods during which the service was available but not used.
